- The company has been in business since 2002, however, the principals of the businesss have collectively been in the retail industry for over 40 years.
- What types of customers do you target?
- Our target market is specialty retailers with any number of stores. The stores would be between 1,000 and 15,000 square feet in size and would employ between 5 and 75 employees.
- Do I need traffic counting devices to make the system work?
- No, although traffic counting data will give you a slightly better curve than transaction data on which you can base your scheduling. Crew Connector can use either.
- What type of hardware/software do I need in my retail store to run this software?
- The system operates on Windows 98, ME, 2000, NT, XP.
